I have just gotten started using it and am taking it slowly as suggested. I am sure I will be using it each day from now on.

While I haven’t had a chance to do a full workout on this yet, my preliminary run is most promising and I am excited to give it a full try and incorporate it into my daily routine.

I have been wanting these for a very long time. Can't wait to see what kind of results I get from. It! Unboxed it right away when I got it and just stood on it for the 15 minutes and it felt great!
