Today is my first go at it and I love it. I did just 15 minutes at a speed of 6. Squats and some upper body. I can feel it everywhere, along with all of the parts of my body I hope I won’t be feeling in 6 months… because they won’t be there to jiggle ;)

This morning is my first go at it. I did the warm up and then squats, reverse fly, overhead press and (not sure what you call it) but I held my arms straight out in front of me extended as far as I could reach. I did 15 minutes and I could absolutely feel it! I was only on 6 for speed. It also definitely pointed out all of the areas that need downsizing… I looked like I was twerking when I caught a glimpse in the mirror - I cannot twerk ;) I Love It!

My whole family has taken advantage of the vibrator machine, right away I noticed the bulge behind my knee, which is nothing but fluid, disappeared, aches and pains to a minimum, we all love it
