After the first session, I can feel an effect. Winter shifts activity to the indoors. We’ll see how the results are progressing by spring.

I have been wanting to purchase this for myself since I did physical therapy a year ago. I finally made the plunge and absolutely cannot wait to enjoy my life pro and gain all the benefits from it.

The waiver plate has helped my back and I use it the morning. It was recommended to me by a good friend when we had lunch together last week and she loved hers and his has it for quite some time. She and her husband both benefit from the waiver vibration plate.
