I bought this because I used to use my buddies before we went golfing and it was a game changer the times that I used it. I was loose and ready to go on hole one.

Took this out of the box and hopped on. What a workout the first time using it. This thing moves your body. Can't wait to use it much more.

So far I really like the waiver vibration plate. It has helped with circulation issues and I feel the difference with my workout recovery.

Great product learned from it through my parents who are over 60 very active healthy people and they loved it and my kids love it and as soon as we could, we got home and bought one for ourselves.
