I just opened my new waver and used it for 10 minutes and feel more energized and awake! Having an afternoon slump - instead of turning to coffee, I stood on my plate and did a few squats. Excited to experience all the benefits of this gem.

Starting to use it every day. I like it after workouts to break up lactic acid. And after meals to help with digestion. Looking forward to long term benefits.
