I immediately started using this for massage, intention relief. It has done wonders to just help relax my body.

I like it

The first time I used it, it gave me a stiff neck (the following morning) and a slight headache. I figured it was my technique, so I studied the book better, and it is working better for me. It will take some time to see results.

Just received my Waver Vibration Plate. Easy to put together. Good instructions. I felt tension leave my lower back and overall energy in one use.
