I just received my Waver vibration plate 2 days ago and have used it daily. It is easy to use and I can feel a difference in my legs after just 15 minutes. Looking forward to seeing other changes after longer use.

I've been using my vibration plate for at least 15 minutes each day and there is a noticeable difference in how I'm feeling in my mobility and energy. I am OBSESSED! I've already convinced four friends to buy them and it hasn't even been two weeks :)

Best thing I have ever used. Every morning and every evening.
My body feels lighter and I can’t wait to see what more vib time will do for me.
