Wondering

We are older and wonder if we should have gotten a smaller lighter model. The ads showed an easy to move model under a bed and such. Thus one is very heavy and not easy to move. Am easing into using it.

I've had this vibration plate a couple weeks now and I'm loving it and it's definitely helping with moving the lymph in my legs!

Having trouble getting it to work. A loose screw fell out when unpacking.

Just stepped onto my Waver today for 15 minutes on a low level and I’m loving how it made me feel- cannot wait to get more familiar with it and do the workouts!
