Excited

Excited to see and feel the benefits of the lifepro waver plate. Got on it yesterday and it did truly help with my lower back ache and the tightness in my hamstrings by simply standing on it for 15 minutes on level 1

now I know why

Listen, I (33 M) bought this for myself on Cyber Monday because of it's popularity in the natural health community. It's been in our living room since and both my parents won't leave it alone. It became an early Christmas present for them! They both take turns using it at least 3 times a day. On the lowest setting. Their first reaction of standing on the board is priceless!

Atill have to find the workouts mentioned in manual but love the poster. Will need 2 AAA for remote before use. Very sturdy and looking forward to using.

Love my new waver vibration plate and can hardly wait to see the results in a week or two from using it. So easy to take out of package, setup and start using it.
