Easy to set up. Tried a beginner setting for both hubby and I and could really feel the lymphatic drainage kick in!!

I thought I was in pretty decent shape, but my first try made me realize quickly I still have some work to do. Looking forward to strengthening my body and healing some injuries. Can’t wait to see the results after regular use.

I begin each morning on my Waver, while listening to a morning meditation. It signals my body that it’s time to begin the day.
