Since recently receiving this exercise plate, I have noticed a difference in the way I feel and look. I’ve only had it a week and my family has enjoyed it as well.

Tension reliever

Have been using for 3 days and my body is getting used to it, I always have a lot of tension stuck in my lower back and I’ve felt it release. Excited to continue to use it. The machine itself feels so sturdy, no worries about holding me up .
