The first thing I do in the morning is jump on my plate. It helps wake my body up and get me ready for the day

I gave this Waver vibration plate to my husband for Christmas. We just unpacked it and tried it out and it looks like it’s going to be an awesome addition to our exercise regime!

LIfe saver

I stand all day at work, then continue research at my desk at night. The WAVER gives me the opportunity to exercise my whole body in 20 minutes. I sleep better and have more energy then I've have in months. I'm over 60 and I love this vibration plate. Everyone should have one. I just bought another one for a family member in graduate school. She sits all day in class then all evening at night studying. This will be her lifesaver!

This has many features that are awesome. I like that it comes with ropes and other accessories. It also goes up to level 99 so it's a great vibration plate.
