Great value to my health and peace of mind

I was so pleasantly surprised by my first workout which I followed using the getting started guide. It was easy to follow and immensely benefited my circulation. I am so pleased. This was invigorating. I have some nerve damage to my left foot and it already feels better. Thanks you!

Love the preprogrammed workouts and how easy it is to just hop on and use it for 15 minutes. Definitely my most used piece of equipment in my home gym!

I’ve been using this vibration plate daily and it honestly makes me feel better overall. It helps with digestion and reduces that heavy, bloated feeling, and I feel more energized and less stiff afterward. Super easy to use and a great addition to my morning routine.
