It works!

I’ve only gotten to use it a couple times so far. The first time I used it I only went for the 15 minutes. About 10 minutes on speed five and the other five minutes on speed 10.. I could definitely feel it in my thighs, when I got done as if I had done squats. I can’t wait to see my results after I’ve done it consistently.. I could also tell a little difference in my sinus drainage after using it. I believe it will be great for my lymphatic system also!.. It comes with a remote, two handheld attachable resistant straps, and four different strength resistant bands (light, medium, heavy, and extra heavy).
