Fun, surprisingly effective workout

My wife gave the Lifeproto me on Christmas Day, 2025. Our entire family loves it. We have used it at least every other day since Christmas. It works very well and performing exercises with the vibration plate adds a levell of difficulty that increases the intensity of the workout.

I knew i ordered a good product. Will use it for blood circulation improvement, workout warm ups, stress relief, a break from standing to long without movement.

Gotta love the possibilities with this vibration plate. Love that I can build strength but also make time for relaxation.

I love my lifepro wave machine. I have balance issues and in just the week that I have had it I see an improvement. The other things are just a bonus for me.
