My wife and I love our Waver Vibration Plate! We come off of it feeling more relaxed and loose in our bodies. It helps jiggle out the stress.

Ive used the waver a few times and so far I like how it feels. I’m hoping it will help with moving lymph.

I’m so overwhelmed by how many amazing features the plate offers. It was super awesome how it comes with resistance bands too!

Just got it this week, so it’s too early to really evaluate. But so far I’m impressed.
