I've been using this for 5 days now and am really enjoying it. Do a little more each day. Will start the preset programs soon.

Love it! It has helped me loosen up
My whole body and relieve tension in my back, back, hips and legs. My job and life require a lot of sitting. This has helped me tremendously combat my body’s response to that. I wish I had this years ago!

I recently purchased the Lifepro Wave, and I am already blown away by the results. I’ve only had it for a short time, and my body already feels incredible!
As someone looking for a low-impact way to improve my fitness and recovery, this has been a total game-changer. The build quality is solid, and you can really feel the 'wave' motion working your muscles and helping with overall circulation. I noticed an immediate difference in how my legs and core feel after just a few 15-minute sessions.
If you're on the fence about getting one, don't hesitate—it’s amazing. My body hasn't felt this loose and energized in a long time!
