The vibration plate adds an additional layer to your exercise results and helps with circulation.

Strong Vibration

I’ve never used a vibration plate before purchasing the Lifepro. I started using it after my walks which include hills. It’s almost like a cool down for me. On a lower speed, it can be relaxing. I also noticed my thighs were itchy but read that was normal. The product works good, no issues and is really sturdy.
