This vibration plate is amazing, I just wish the "free" massage ball they advertise comes with it would have actually came with it, instead of being left out. Otherwise the lifepro vibration plate works great

I am 81-years-old so my review will hinge on my age issue. The platform is very ample for three levels of vibration though I may never exceed level 1 -walking- as I cannot imagine vibrating any faster. The movement is very intense. The operation is easy to understand and implement. The product itself is sturdy and mechanically efficient. Begin from a seated position and adjust the workout to a lower time if necessary. Very satisfied with this product.
