Great product for seniors.

I have a lot of issues with stiffness in the morning and using my vibration plate really helps loosen me up. I also see a big difference in the swelling in my legs.

Love This Vibration Plate

I have been using this machine everyday since I got it back in early January and it has become part of my daily morning routine. There are only a hand full of days that I have not used it, and miss it when it’s been longer than a few days.

Nice product but had some speedbumps

The vibration plate works great, but the rubber grip mat was peeled off. I had to send back and they repaired it but it was still a little loose. Still works though.
