So far- it’s been great! Love the extra boost it’s giving my workout and the efficiency of lymphatic drainage. Love it!

I just started using the Waver Vibration Plate. I like it but I'm not comfortable with settings higher than 25 because the vibration gives me a headache. Is this normal?

Not a magic bullet but it does have benefits

So, I got this to help me improve my balance, and for the lymphatic drainage benefits. I have not used it long but I will say I can tell that my balance is improving somewhat. I do not get as dizzy from sudden movements like I used to and another benefit I noticed is that my lower back and joint pain have reduced. I normally do not write reviews, but I thought I would share my experience and I hope it helps whoever is considering buying this product.

Impressed with all of the settings. Also love the size, with plenty of space for people with larger feet.
