It's fabulous ?! Being in a wheelchair ♿️ sitting and the vibration feels so good. Plus I do wiggles aerobics nonstop movement exercises almost daily and it stabilizes my feet with the grip..... really enjoyable. Thank you so much for making such a great product!

Only just used the vibration plate for the first time. I suffer from Fibromyalgia and I just cant believe how much It has helped with the pain.I'm actually thinking about some serious exercise In the near future.

I absolutely love this! I feel so much more productive while using the vibration plate. whether I am watching TV, reading or just winding down after a long day I am getting tone and sleeping better. I highly recommend.
