Solidly constructed, pervasive vibration without rattling and feels solidly in place on the floor. Boy do your limbs itch after a few minutes — evidence of the lymphatic stimulation!

Just received my plate and am so excited to get started. I played around with it and it is very easy to operate and feels well made and durable.
