I did a lot of research before deciding on a vibration plate. I am beyond satisfied with my decision to go with lifepro! It’s a part of both my husband’s and my daily routine.

Only had my Lifepro a short while. I watched several YouTube videos on stretching and ways to get the best results for me. So far I love this machine.
