I'm pleasantly surprised how well it works for not being "hard" to do and keep up with.

So far, so good!

I had hear of vibrating plates and their benefit but never had been on one. I had surgery and my lymphatic masseuses recommended I use one as part of the detox and recovery process.
Oh my … I didn’t expect to get a rush of redness from circulation after 10 minutes on level 90. What an amazing experience!

Just received my order and am registering for the warranty so I don't have a huge review yet. Tried it once and felt the jiggle. I'm kind of surprised there's so many levels of intensity to choose from.

Helpful Addition to My Morning Routine
on May 12, 2026

I’ve really been enjoying this vibrating plate. I started using it in the mornings as a way to wake up and activate my body, and it has genuinely helped me shift away from immediately reaching for social media first thing in the morning. It helps me feel more energized, grounded, and ready to start the day in a healthier way. Easy to use and a great addition to my routine.
