Excellent tool for recovery and WFH

This device has been a game changer for sore muscle recovery and an extra motivator to burn calories while working from home. I was initially skeptical but with the lifetime warranty I'll be getting a lot of use out of this!

Just received my Waver vibration plate and it's been great so far! Got it to help with stiffness and core strength so hope to see improvement in both areas.

So far so good

I have only had it for a little over a week. It is a totally different kind of way to exercise your muscles. I am starting to already notice that my knees feel better and I feel less bloated. I promised myself that I would get on it every day for at least 15 minutes. So far I missed a day or two, but I did yard work those days.
