The group at lifepro was great to work with. We had a older unit and they helped us with getting a new one.

Impressed so far!

I just received this and am very impressed so far. It was packaged very well and the instructions are simple. I watched YouTube videos while waiting for it to arrive, so felt comfortable from the beginning. The instruction book is informative and easy to understand. The machine itself is extremely quiet, yet strong and powerful. I highly recommend!
