This is my second Lifepro vibration plate and I love it! Have the “mini” for when I travel. I use daily, and find I feel more energy, sleep has improved, less “stiff”. Highly recommend!

Shake & Burn

I love my Lifepro vibration plate.... The workout is real. I can literally feel the burn as I shake. I love doing it first thing in the morning! Now only does It wake me up, it stimulates the cells in my body that have been repairing themselves through the night as I slept. I feel energetic and alive as I prepare myself for the new day.

Lifepro Waver Vibration Plate

I just received my new Lifepro Waver Vibration Plate and absolutely love it! It was easy to set up and seems to be very well built. I haven’t had but a couple days but the few times I have used it, it has loosened my hip muscles and back and given me some relief already. I highly recommend this product!

First time tried at the store

I went to Dick’s to pick up my bicycle and decided to try different display tools at the store. I decided to buy the vibration plate right on the spot. I’m recovering from a major surgery and looking for something to help with pain management and swelling. This checks all the boxes. Happy with my purchase
