I have more energy since I have been using my Waiver Vibration Plate. My lymphatic system is also flowing better!

Surprisingly quiet

When I exercise I notice I can barely hear it at times and that my downstairs neighbors barely notice any change at all.

I enjoy it

I had the 4D model previously and realized I didn't really need the extra features. So I taded down to the more basic waver vibration plate. It does exactly what I need. It helps me recover from workouts faster, I avoid naps now and use this to relax after work instead, I also use it to feel more energized before work. It helps me reach deeper stretches. I just enjoy it so much.

Amazing at home enhancement to anyone’s wellness routine. Especially if you are busy and crunched on time. I love the way it makes me feel after one time.
