Great for injury recovery & circulation

I purchased this to help me with rehabbing after an accident. It is so helpful for getting you back into activity, helping with balance, and circulation and gentle exercise. I still use it as I find it compliments everything else I do, and there is no down side for me. It seems well constructed and solid. Lots of settings.

I just received it and only tried it out for 15 minutes, so I can't really say too much as this time. I purchased it to increase my bone density as I have just been diagnosed with osteoporosis. I am hoping to avoid the need for the use of bisphosphonates as I have periodontal disease and am afraid I may get osteonecrosis of the jaw.
