Great vibration plate!

My husband and I love this vibration plate. It has so many programs to choose from and it feels great. I'm doing just 15 minutes a day right now but plan to work up to about 3 times a day. It's good for so many things, including bone density and posture and balance according to my doctor. My daughter loves hers and that's where I got the information to order mine. Also, I got it on sale!

Looking forward to the benefits of using my new Lifepro Waver vibration plate. The unit is solid and was well packed. The science behind this piece of equipment and using vibration is very interesting. I plan to use it daily along with my other training and feel very confident that it will help me improve my health. Thank You!
