I have plantar fasciitis and this machine plate is wonderful and easy on my muscles. I love that it eases my pain.

I've only used it 3 times so far on the pre programmed levels. I feel like I completed a lower body workout when finished. I can't wait to continue to use this machine.

I just purchased the vibration plate and have not had a chance to use it yet. I will give it a try and do another review at a later date.
