I bought and have been using this waver vibration plate. I love it. I can get my exercise done inside my home at my convenience no matter weather or time of day. It is working on weight loss, pain relief climbing, mobility and flexibility. Love the pre programing choices.

I am forced to go through this portal in order to access the training videos they advertise in the booklet; I haven't had a chance to really use the product. So don't expect me to write a glowing review about a product I haven't yet tried.

I just got my waver plate today! After using the one at my mom’s house, I knew I could use one of these. Works great so far and I love how I feel after using. Great product! Thank you!!
