Works great for people with disabilities or chronic pain.

There are many ways to use the machine, and at your own pace. Highly recommend for people who aren’t able to be as active as they’d like to outside of home. I’ve had it just over a week and already notice a difference in core strength and overall body relief.

Just received my lifepro waver vibration plate and noticed an immediate improvement in joint pain and it really helps with my lower extremity swelling after a long day on my feet
