Excited for my purchase! My son has a disability and we are excited to see the progress with him and this plate also. Haven’t had it long enough for an accurate review though so stay tuned.

Just received mine yesterday and I ordered mine as it was recommended by a friend. So far, I LOVE all the information that I can utilize with my waver for best results. I also love that it came with an actual book with directions and exercises and the option to watch videos on line as well. Both have prepared me for my first workout.
