Just received my plate yesterday and tried it out Wow! What a work out it gives your body even on the low settings . I can’t wait to use it on a regular basis and start seeing the results.

I’m just getting started but so far I’m loving the waver. I look forward to using this product on my wellness journey. I’m most excited about building bone density and improving circulation.

Great for everyday use. I find that I use the waver more than the other exercise equipment due to the fact, I can move it to the living room or anywhere it’s very versatile and mobile.

This product is great so far! There are so many great guides to help you make the best out of the machine! I’m working to recover from a chronic back pain, and so far so good!

Our Doctor recommended we purchase and use this vibration plate to maintain our active life. I'm 86 and my husband is 89. We hike and kayak.
