Loved the easy to follow and instructions and love how much I feel like I’m burning calories but without over exerting myself

This was the Christmas gift I never knew I needed. I was skeptical at first but after one use I’m hooked! I love how easy it is to pull out and put away. It doesn’t seem like much when using it but I can definitely feel the difference.
