I love the new wave plate it’s great. I use it every morning and I’m happy to try all the different videos and exercises I can do on it. I feel like it started helping me from the first day

I received my Waver last week as a gift and use it twice a day (morning and evening) on low intensity for 15 minutes each session. It's silent as it "shakes things up" in my entire body, which is what I need. I'm a senior and have sadly become a real couch potato. But this lovely pivotal oscillating vibrating plate is changing my attitude for the better after only a few days. Love it, love it, love it. Thank you Lifepro.
