Wavin’ in the right direction

I received this as a bday present and just opened it up today. My lower back was bothering me from a bunch of work I was doing around the house. After just a few minutes of standing on my Wave plate i felt my body relax and felt rejuvenated in just a few minutes. Looking forward to many other ways I can use my Wave for my health.

Vibration plate

I’ve had the vibration plate for over a year and still use it several times a week. I love how relaxed I feel after using it. I have a bad hip and it seems to help with the pain in my joints. I would definitely suggest to others. Love it.

I found a few videos on You Tube with suggested workouts using the Waver. They were helpful!

I use it before and after workouts to loosen up and then to relax my muscles after.
