Life Changer…..so far.

I purchased this vibration plate to help with my sleep. So far I’ve had better sleep quality and for the first time my Apple Watch gave me a high score for last night’s sleep. I have used the vibration plate on the lowest setting for 15 in the morning. My initial reaction was “Oh no, this is making me dizzy!” However, I found a focal point and focused my eyes on it and slowly the dizzy feeling went away. After 15 minutes of being on the plate I feel very relaxed and calm, almost as if I’ve taken a sedative. I’m a believer! Wishing all future users of this product good health and many blessings!!!!

I workout everyday and this is helping me with my sore muscles. I just got not long ago so still learning how to use it. It it’s also great for balance

Been loving this so far. Seems to reduce my muscle soreness after a workout. Also hoping it helps my son’s neuropathy over time
