Full transparency, apparently I HAVE to give a review to submit the warranty details (I dont like that). I just got the product, it's too early to review for benefits.
All I'll say is the plate is pretty quiet and smooth so far which is nice.

I wish I had known about the Lifepro Waver Vibration Plate sooner. I am at the age that I am thinking about strength, balance, tone, lower body pain, and overall fitness and how I want to feel in this back half of my life. The Waver is really solid and well-built! It was easy to figure out and use right away. I love how I feel when I’m done with a session. I feel like I’ve been neglecting my lower extremities, and this is the tool that is going to unlock total body wellness.
