It was everything that I thought it would be and heard from friends and family. I have not had it long but have used it every day and plan to incorporate this into my daily and weekly workouts.

I am very happy with my waver vibration plate. It is sturdy, easy and comfortable to use. It is so convenient. I use it quite often. Sessions are 15mins and you choose you levels. Life pro has a great community you can plug into if you care to do so.
