Just started using the Wave Mini as part of my routine to increase lymphatic flow & drainage and it works amazing. I can't wait to try it for work outs and to improve my balance!

I can say it was packed well, is a good size and weight for me to move around on my own. I have several Lifepro products, including the Rumblex max 4d vibration plate, which works well but is too big and heavy for me alone. I expect this to work just as well.
