I can say it was packed well, is a good size and weight for me to move around on my own. I have several Lifepro products, including the Rumblex max 4d vibration plate, which works well but is too big and heavy for me alone. I expect this to work just as well.

I have only used it one time. The one time I did my legs felt so much better. I need to get into a routine so I use it at least 3-4 times a week.
