I received my waver mini much more quickly than expected which was nice. So easy to set up! It fits up against a wall and is easy to move out a few feet when I'm ready to use it. I am sensitive to noise, and aside from an annoying startup beep, the quiet operation does not bother me at all. There are lots of options for settings and for positioning your feet to get different effects. This weekend my back was out of whack and a gentle vibration actually helped a lot to relax those muscles. I think this will be a good habit to maintain just for how good it feels, regardless of other benefits.

Just started using it today on Manual Mode HA Speed 1 for 15 minutes and it was pretty intense for me at 77 years old, so I recommend to start for 10 minutes each session, at speed 1, for a maximum of 2 sessions apart each day.
