Several attempts to just get warranty logged in.
Cannot get the remote to open in order to place batteries; even tried gardening gloves to move the battery cover - nope.
Beginning to wonder. Benefit of the doubt I will give 3 stars - hoping for best and maybe plug in w/out remote opp?
