I purchased this because I wanted to work on blood flow and lymph circulation. I was interested to know the other benefits as well. The unit is very sturdy and seems well bit. I am slowly incorporating the bands and different exercises. I have also been using it with my 3yo doing proprioceptive exercises together

Bought the Mini Waver as a gift to myself on black friday!! Best thing I ever did. Has helped chronic lymphatic issues in my legs, energized my whole body and added a new level of wellness to my fitness journey. Feeling great at 65!! Would recommend to everyone.
