Never Seen Anything Like This

I had never seen anything like this until I saw it at my local gym. I asked the trainer about it and he showed me how to use it. I loved it immediately. Now, I use it every time I'm at the gym.

Hard to tell whether it's working to reduce the swelling in my knee but it's fun to exercise on it. Not sure I buy all the health claims it makes.

I’ve only had it a couple of days, but each time I use it, I notice a huge difference! I sit a lot at work, but am very active outside the office - yoga, walking, full body workouts... As I’ve gotten older (I’m 50), my hips have tightened a lot. And sitting at work doesn’t help. Standing on this has helped tremendously!! Just after two uses!! My hip flexors don’t hurt anymore! Yesterday at work I noticed my hips weren’t tightening as time passed. And the past two nights I haven’t awakened when I’ve rolled over, which usually happens because of pain in my hip / lower back. I am so excited to see how it can benefit my frozen shoulder with the other exercises. Thank you!!!
