Bought this product to work on stability after two decades of abuse in special operations. My children range from their 20’s to preteen and this product holds up to daily normal use and daily abuse. This is my second one as the first was finally popped by a frustrated k9 friend. It goes without saying I would buy again, because I did.

This has been a great product, I use it basically daily for various things. Sitting on while I work, stretching and working out. I love that I can use it on either side for my work outs!

Great addition to my home gym. The Horizon ball is so well made, the surface provides great traction. Fantastic value, considering it comes with a squishy ball and an exercise chart. I have neuropathy in my feet and lower legs. After only a few days, I feel less numbness and improved circulation in my lower legs. So glad I decided to try it out.
