I love my balance ball. It's not easy to stay on at first but gets more comfortable with practice. There are quite a few different types of excersices to incorporate into a routine to continue challenging me into the future. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

New balance ball

I made the mistake of buying a bargain balance ball that just didn't hold up. The new lifepro ball is a dramatic upgrade. It's heavier, sturdier and overall just a better piece of equipment.
