The ball is good quality so far. There are supposed to be 3 plugs with product. My box only had 2.

Horizon Balance Ball -great for balance!

This takes some getting used to but well worth it. I fell in August and had injury to my right leg and ankle which has caused issues with my walking and balance. Although I have only used the balance ball, there is a notable positive change and improvement to my balance.
